Extremadura, Spain – Wine, Art, & History Tour
May 16 – 22, 2027
Discover the true hidden Spain on this exclusive 7-day tour of Extremadura, a region of pristine rural landscapes, Spain’s best Jamon Serrano and artisan cheeses, Templar Castles and more. I’ll be co-leading this trip with winemaker and advanced-level Sommelier, Heath Porter of Heathen Wine Tours. This trip is particularly special because we’ll be spending a day with my mother, artist Angie del Riego, in her traditional home and will visit her partner’s olive grove.
We’ll be staying in 15th and 16th-century palaces (today 4 and 5-star hotels), visiting Medieval centers designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, seeing Roman ruins, and of course enjoying local wines and dishes. - Double Occupancy $4950 per person
- Single Occupancy $5450 per person
- 25% refundable deposit (till January 16th) required to hold your spot

Salamanca, Spain – City & Countryside Tour with Grape Harvest Festival
September 21 – 27, 2027
Join me for this unforgettable 7-day journey through one of Spain’s most captivating regions — where the centerpiece is an authentic Vendimia, a traditional grape harvest festival unlike anything you’ve experienced. This trip strikes the perfect balance between an immersive city stay and a peaceful countryside retreat, woven together with exclusive small-group experiences and built-in free time to make the trip your own.
We’ll stay in a 19th-century palace and a 700-year-old monastery — both now extraordinary 5-star hotels — and explore UNESCO World Heritage sites steeped in history. Along the way, we’ll savor the best of local cuisine and regional wines, then cap it all off with a relaxing stay at a historical monastery turned wine hotel and spa where you’ll roll up your sleeves to handpick grapes, stomp them with your own two feet, and of course, eat, drink, and be merry.
